Job summary

Qualifications

• RNLD with NMC registration is required.
• Experience in community healthcare settings is essential.
• Experience in learning disabilities services and positive behavioural support is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within a multi-professional context for people with learning disabilities.
• Maintain an independent caseload and act as CPA Coordinator.
• Collaborate with MDT to prevent hospital admissions and manage risk.

Education

RNLD registration with NMC

First degree level in a health-related subject

Experience in community healthcare settings

Experience in learning disabilities services

Experience delivering training
