Babcock is seeking a Senior Training Developer to design and develop nuclear training programmes on-site at Devonport Royal Dockyard. The role focuses on applying the Systematic Approach to Training, evaluating training needs, and supporting continuous improvement while collaborating with stakeholders.

The role requires strong presentation and communication skills and experience in regulated environments, with security clearance and on-site work expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience with designing, delivering or evaluating learning and development solutions.
• Strong presentation and communication skills are required.
• Experience working in regulated or safety-focused environments is essential.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and coach/mentor colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training programmes using the Systematic Approach to Training.
• Support analysis, implementation and evaluation of nuclear training requirements.
• Coach and mentor colleagues on training development processes and best practices.
• Ensure activities comply with Site Licence, regulations and company procedures.
