Job summary

Babcock is hiring a Senior Training Developer for the Devonport Royal Dockyard in Plymouth. This full-time role supports the analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of training for nuclear-implicated staff and stakeholders to maintain safety and readiness.

You will lead training initiatives, mentor colleagues, and ensure compliance with site licences and safety regulations. A SC security clearance is required, with a robust benefits package and on-site work at Devonport.

Qualifications

• Experience developing, delivering or evaluating learning and development solutions.
• Ability to coach or mentor colleagues on training development processes.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience in a regulated or safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing training programmes using a systematic approach to training.
• Supporting analysis, implementation and evaluation of nuclear training requirements across the business.
• Coaching and mentoring colleagues on training development processes and best practice.
