Job summary

Tetra Tech Europe is seeking a Principal Nuclear Safety Consultant to lead the development and assessment of safety cases for complex nuclear programmes. You will oversee technical delivery, governance, and regulatory engagement across decommissioning, energy generation and defence-related activities.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline.
• Chartered status with a recognised professional body is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of nuclear plant operations, regulatory frameworks and safety management principles.

• Engage with regulators and clients to present safety arguments and support approvals.
