Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland seeks a Major Programme Technical Delivery Lead to translate strategy into delivery across civil and defence nuclear programmes. You will champion multidisciplinary teams, governance and assurance to ensure safe, predictable outcomes while aligning with WSP’s growth ambitions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading technical delivery within complex, high-value programmes in nuclear, defence nuclear or similarly regulated environments.
• Strong track record across the programme lifecycle: strategy, design, procurement, construction and handover.
• Credibility with senior clients and stakeholders, building trusted relationships to shape solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead mobilisation, integration and technical delivery of major nuclear programmes.
• Translate client requirements and strategy into safe, assured and commercially successful outcomes.
• Build and lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, design, commercial, controls, procurement and construction.
• Establish governance, technical assurance and decision-making for highly regulated environments.
• Manage complex interfaces across clients, partners, disciplines and supply chains.
• Mobilise expertise from across WSP's UK and global businesses to solve challenges.
