HSBC in Edinburgh is seeking an Associate Director in a senior risk and control role within Securities Services. You’ll oversee the Non-Financial Risk framework across Funds Administration, Middle-Office, Transfer Agency and Trustee, partnering with NFR, COO, Risk Owners and Risk Stewards to prevent issues.

You’ll embed NFR into product development, drive governance, and deliver timely RCA updates, thematic reviews and remediation, with a focus on clarity, control effectiveness and stakeholder

Formación

• Extensive experience in risk and control within financial services.
• Strong understanding of Securities Services processes across Funds Administration, Middle-Office, Transfer Agency and Trustee.
• Proven ability to lead across multiple geographies and functions with clear communication.

Responsabilidades

• Shape the NFR agenda with senior stakeholders in Funds Administration, Middle-Office, Transfer Agency and Trustee.
• Provide end-to-end oversight to prevent risks from becoming issues across business, operations and technology.
• Coordinate risk and control activity for regulatory and audit engagements and advise stakeholders.
