Oxford Health is seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join the Experts at Hand offer across Buckinghamshire. You will combine clinical practice with leadership, service development and partnership work to support children and families in education settings.

You will provide expert assessment, consultation and training, contribute to SEND processes, and lead service delivery within your area. DBS checks and HCPC registration are required.

Formación

• Holds a recognised Diploma or degree in Speech and Language Therapy and HCPC registration.
• Maintains RCSLT membership with ongoing CPD and portfolio evidence.
• Extensive experience in NHS settings with complex caseloads.

Responsabilidades

• Undertaking specialist assessments of children and young people using appropriate tools.
• Developing and evaluating individualised management plans with families and schools.
• Providing expert advice, consultation and training to education settings and colleagues.
• Leading and supervising team members and improving clinical pathways.
