KT Healthcare is seeking an experienced Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist to join our associate team in Oxford. You will deliver targeted SLT, assess needs, and develop tailored therapy plans for children with SEND and neurodevelopmental needs, working with families and education staff.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, maintain detailed records, and contribute to annual reviews while enjoying flexible hours and a supportive, child-centered environment.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration required.
• Experience working with children and young people in community or educational settings.
• Experience supporting children with speech, language and communication needs.
• Experience working with SEND and/or neurodevelopmental needs.
• Strong clinical assessment, intervention and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload.
• Excellent communication and collaborative working skills.
• Child-centred and evidence-based approach.

Responsabilités

• Deliver targeted speech and language therapy.
• Assess needs and develop therapy targets.
• Develop and demonstrate therapeutic strategies and activities.
• Provide written programmes, recommendations and resources.
• Review progress and adapt intervention as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
• Produce reports and contribute to annual reviews.
• Liaise with parents, education staff and other professionals.
• Contribute to multidisciplinary meetings.
