Job summary

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Network professional to provide technical leadership for delivering corporate Network system development, operations and support within the Network team.

The successful candidate will contribute to meeting or exceeding Service Level Agreements and act as a senior consultant in ICT procurement, delivery and maintenance. This post is part of IM&T Services with 24-hour on-call commitment and 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• GCSE 'C' grade in English and Maths or equivalent.
• Degree or equivalent experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carries out assignments, alone or as part of a team, applying knowledge, skills, and experience.
• Demonstrates understanding of client needs and proposes viable solutions within own scope.
• Plans and organises own work accurately and undertakes assignments systematically.
• Produces high-quality deliverables such as reports, presentations and reasoned arguments.
• Plans projects independently and coordinates resources across IM&T Services and client organisations.
• Plans and schedules changes to the network infrastructure considering impact and risk.
