Job summary

IT Works Recruitment LTD is partnering with an international organisation to appoint a Senior Systems Manager who will own NetSuite operations and oversee critical integrations, EDI and automation initiatives.

The role balances hands-on system administration with continuous improvement, process optimization and business transformation, working closely with Finance and Operations to scale a growing business.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience managing NetSuite in a business-critical environment.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes.
• Experience with iPaaS integrations (Celigo, Boomi) and EDI.
• Experience collaborating with external partners and vendors.
• Ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Experience supporting multi-channel businesses.

Responsibilities

• Own NetSuite operations: manage day-to-day administration, configuration, access and troubleshooting.
• Manage integrations between NetSuite and external platforms such as logistics providers and marketplaces.
• Drive system improvements across the business.
• Leverage automation & AI to reduce manual tasks and improve data accuracy.
• Partner with Finance and Operations to translate requirements into solutions.
• Develop the team and share knowledge.
• Manage external partners and consultants to deliver projects.
