Job summary

Huel is seeking a Senior Systems Manager to own day-to-day NetSuite operations and optimise integrations with Celigo and EDI. You will drive automation, partner management and stakeholder collaboration to deliver meaningful change across the business.

The role requires hands-on NetSuite expertise, strong financial process understanding and experience with iPaaS tools. A proactive, collaborative leader will thrive in our hybrid, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• NetSuite hands-on in a business-critical environment.
• Solid understanding of core accounting and financial processes.
• Experience with iPaaS tools such as Celigo.
• Proactive use of automation/AI to improve efficiency.
• Strong stakeholder management across all levels.
• Experience coordinating with third-party partners.

Responsibilities

• Own NetSuite day-to-day operations, ensuring reliability and governance.
• Manage Celigo & EDI landscape, integrations to 3PLs, Amazon and retailers.
• Lead process improvements with internal teams and external partners.
• Leverage automation/AI to reduce manual work and improve data quality.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and translate needs.
• Develop and upskill two direct reports, sharing knowledge across platforms.
