Job summary

TipTopJob in London is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead a growing pub group with over 50 sites across London and the South East. You will drive performance, oversee safety, service standards and commercial results, and partner with the leadership team.

This is a senior, hands-on role, managing Area Managers and senior teams, with responsibility for customer experience, compliance and site delivery, while supporting growth and operational excellence within the M25.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior operational experience in pubs/hospitality.
• Proven track record managing large multi-site estates.
• Experience leading Area Managers or Operations Managers.
• Strong commercial understanding with a history of improving performance.
• Excellent leadership and people-management skills.
• Hands-on approach and passion for hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of the London hospitality market.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Area Managers, ensuring strong operational standards across people, customer experience, commercial performance, compliance and overall site delivery.
• Drive overall performance and operational excellence across a large multi-site estate in London and the South East.
