• Strong senior operational experience in pubs, bars or restaurants.
• Experience managing a large multi-site estate.
• Experience leading Area Managers, Operations Managers or similar.
• Strong commercial understanding with track record of improving performance.
• Excellent leadership and people-management skills.
• Hands-on, passionate about hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of London hospitality market.
