Senior Operations Manager – Leading Pub Group – £82,000 + Bonus

Location: London, must reside within the M25

Salary: £82,000 + bonus

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Operations Manager to join a well-established and growing pub group with over 50 sites across the London and the SE.This is a key senior operational role, working closely with the leadership team and taking responsibility for driving performance across a significant multi-site estate.

You will lead and support a team of Area Managers, ensuring strong operational standards across people, customer experience, commercial performance, compliance and overall site delivery.

The business has an ambitious growth strategy, so this is a great opportunity for a senior operator who wants to join a successful group and play a genuine part in its continued development.

We are looking for someone who is commercially strong, hands-on and passionate about the pub sector, with a proven track record managing a large multi-site operation.You will be confident leading senior teams, improving performance and working closely with stakeholders across the business.
