Punch Pubs & Co is seeking an Operations Manager for the Fireside Pubs programme. Lead Management Partners, drive guest experiences, and deliver commercial success with bold ideas and energy across multiple sites.

Bring 3+ years in customer-facing multi-site management, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and financial acumen to ensure KPIs, growth, and excellent guest service. A dynamic, energetic team awaits.

Qualifications

Three years’ experience in a customer facing multi-site management role.
Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to build strong relationships.
Lead others through high challenge and support.
Delivers high standards of performance and delivery.
Develops and communicates a clear vision to succeed.
Resourceful and resilient.
Excellent team player.
Commercial and business acumen experience.
Computer literacy: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and advanced Excel.
Numerically competent with P&L, cash flows and business accounts.
Full GB Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

Attract, recruit, develop, and retain 5★ calibre MPs.
Achieve and manage KPIs such as budgeted sales, margin and profit.
Lead and develop MP skills within your region for growth.
Translate company strategy into action and achievement.
Deliver change programmes through positive reinforcement, support, and challenge.
Enforce retail disciplines and ensure implementation.
Drive an exciting sales-led culture across all pubs.
Develop processes to engage MPs with support, education and challenge.
