You will improve operational standards, profitability and support ambitious growth plans across sites, with a strong emphasis on refurbishment leadership and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a senior multi-site hospitality role.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of improving sales and profitability.
• Experienced in coaching and developing General Managers to achieve outstanding results.
• Confident leading refurbishment projects and operational change.
• Excellent financial, analytical and communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a portfolio of General Managers, creating high-performing teams.
• Drive commercial performance through strong financial management and clear business planning.
• Identify opportunities to improve underperforming sites while supporting growth across venues.
• Oversee refurbishment and investment projects, ensuring ROI.
• Maintain exceptional operational standards, guest satisfaction and compliance across sites.
• Collaborate with central support functions including People, Marketing and Property.
• Support succession planning by identifying and developing future talent.
