Job summary

Venture-People is seeking a Service Manager to oversee new accommodation-based services in the Southampton area. You will manage multiple sites, drive budget performance, and uphold a person-centred ethos to deliver quality outcomes.

Occasional visits to our Head Office in Worthing may be required to support strategic planning. The role offers leadership within a growing organisation, with ongoing professional development and a focus on continual service improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience managing budgets and budgetary performance.
• Experience implementing internal Quality Standards.
• Demonstrable leadership and management skills with performance management experience.
• Ability to prioritise and delegate within multiple services.
• Experience growing a service and delivering on budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams, foster positive culture aligned with values.
• Ensure safe, person-centred service delivery.
• Maintain high-quality, person-centred support and achieving positive outcomes.
• Manage referrals and the mobilisation of new packages of support.
• Accountable for delivering on income and expenditure across services.
• Responsibility for improving quality and compliance across services per QA framework.
• Participate in strategic vision and devise service developments with business partners.
• Promote client involvement and measure satisfaction year on year.
• Collaborate with colleagues and partners to strengthen outreach pathways.
• Support teams through change, growth and continuous improvement.
