Job summary

Qualifications

• Educated to degree/diploma level with a relevant qualification or equivalent experience.
• Clinical/post graduate management qualification or equivalent level of leadership experience.
• Minimum of 3 years experience of and demonstrable achievement in managing/leading health/social care services.
• Experience of managing resources, change management, and financial recovery plans
• Experience of modernising services without additional resources.
• Experience of developing and maintaining effective partnerships with stakeholders in the redesign of services.
• Experience of project management and imaginative planning.
• Experience of managing/leading a diverse practitioner team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee provision of high-quality services meeting performance objectives while maintaining financial balance.
• Lead development and delivery of quality service improvement projects and transformation across Worthing and Adur NMHTs.
• Provide confident leadership to team leaders and clinical leads; manage confidential information with discretion.
• Communicate clearly and ensure effective coordination with primary and secondary care partners.
• Plan and prioritise workload; work independently and take initiative.
