Job summary

Glenholme Specialist Healthcare in Brighton and Saltdean is seeking two Service Managers to lead three supported living services. You will work with a Registered Manager and Team Leaders to ensure safe, personalised care and strong governance, with on-call cover and ongoing improvement initiatives.

You will drive person-centred care, coach teams, apply safeguarding and quality assurance standards, and collaborate with families and external partners to achieve positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience of leadership within adult social care or supported living.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding, quality assurance and person-centred practice.
• Ability to balance people, quality and operational priorities across multiple services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; build positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
• Ensure people have a strong voice in their care with person-centred plans.
• Use audits, feedback and incidents to identify improvements and turn into actions.
• Collaborate with families, professionals and external partners to resolve concerns.
• Lead, coach and develop Team Leaders and staff across three services.
• Oversee quality assurance processes, safeguarding follow-up and service improvement plans.
• Work with the Registered Manager to maintain governance and readiness for CQC inspections.
• Provide management support and absence cover for the other Service Manager.
• Participate in the on-call rota.
