Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant for MSP environments in Hertfordshire and client sites. You will own client onboarding, manage technical projects end-to-end, and deliver Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Entra ID, SharePoint initiatives.

You will also provide 3rd-line escalation support and participate in client meetings, site visits, and solution scoping to ensure successful handovers and documented outcomes.

Qualifications

• Senior MSP experience or similar role within a consultancy or project-based environment.
• Proven ownership of client onboarding and IT projects from discovery to handover.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune and Entra ID.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of new MSP clients and manage IT projects from scope to delivery.
• Provide 3rd-line escalation support and technical consultancy for client meetings and site visits.
• Support pre-sales discovery, solution design and project scoping; maintain project documentation.
