Job summary

Spire Technology Group is seeking a 3rd Line Engineer to join our technical team in the UK. You will provide expert-level support across Microsoft 365, Azure, and networking, acting as a senior escalation point and guiding first/second line engineers through complex incidents.

The role blends remote support, project work, and occasional on-site visits, with opportunities to deliver customer-focused IT solutions, contribute to improvements, and advance within a growing MSP environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a senior escalation point in MSP environments.
• Strong troubleshooting across Microsoft 365, Azure, and networking.
• Proven ability to mentor junior engineers and document technical processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd line technical support for complex incidents.
• Diagnose and resolve issues in Microsoft 365, Azure, infrastructure, and networking.
• Administer Microsoft 365 environments for multiple managed customers.
• Mentor Level 1/2 engineers and support onboarding/migrations.
• Assist with customer onboarding, projects, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledgebase content.
