Qualifications

• Strong background in volume-lines technical pricing, with knowledge of Machine Learning (GBM) techniques and GLMs.
• Business-minded and commercially focused with knowledge of UK motor insurance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive forward the technical pricing capability of one of UK's largest motor insurers.
• Maintain, develop and monitor pricing models underpinning over £1bn of personal lines motor GWP.
• Leverage migrated data assets and collaborate with the central data team to ensure high data quality.
• Deliver regular GBM and GLM model refreshes and lead R&D to improve processes and features.
