Job summary

Littlefish is seeking a Modern Workplace expert in the UK to lead End User Computing initiatives and shape Microsoft 365 capabilities. You will support an engineering team, drive automation, and guide projects with customers and internal teams. This hybrid role centers on leadership, hands-on delivery and strategic thinking.

You will influence roadmaps, champion best practices, and ensure successful customer outcomes while developing talent within the team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a Modern Workplace team in an MSP/enterprise.
• Strong expertise in Intune and 365 administration.
• Proven ability to drive automation and service improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and escalation point for Modern Workplace issues.
• Coach and develop a small team of engineers through mentoring and reviews.
• Support delivery of technical projects, onboarding and service improvements.
• Manage resources to meet service levels and performance targets.
• Shape roadmaps and adoption of new Microsoft technologies.
