Job summary

Littlefish is seeking a Modern Workplace expert who combines deep technical knowledge with leadership to shape End User Computing and Microsoft 365 capabilities. You will join the Modern Workplace leadership team and mentor engineers while delivering across customer environments.

Hybrid role in the UK (Nottingham or Sheffield) with in-office Wednesdays; you will drive automation, influence roadmaps, support major changes and work closely with customers, architects and teams to raise service

Qualifications

• Experience in MSP or enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
• Experience with Defender, Endpoint Analytics and related Microsoft technologies.
• Strong experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience using PowerShell for scripting and automation.
• Expertise in Windows builds, image creation and device management.
• Experience supporting and developing engineers.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical leadership and escalation for Modern Workplace issues.
• Leading and developing a small team of engineers through coaching and mentoring.
• Supporting delivery of technical projects, onboarding and service improvements.
• Managing resource allocation to meet SLAs and performance targets.
• Driving automation initiatives to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Acting as SME for Microsoft Intune and related technologies.
• Supporting major incidents and high-risk changes.
• Collaborating with customers, architects and internal teams to shape tech direction.
• Contributing to roadmaps and continual improvement initiatives.
