Everfox Ltd. is seeking a Principal Account Manager to lead sales with the UK MOD, owning the largest and most visible accounts from London. The role is hybrid/onsite, requiring deep experience in defence and cyber security and a proven ability to close complex, high-value opportunities.

The ideal candidate has a broad network in UK MOD, strategic selling skills, and a drive to shape requirements at senior levels while guiding the UK MOD account team.

Formación

• 12–15+ years of sales experience in software/defence/security fields.
• Extensive MOD/Defence procurement knowledge and experience.
• Strong commercial, contractual and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record closing large multi-year deals (£1M+).
• Experience with partners, primes and large system integrators.
• Willingness to travel and be onsite as required.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales growth across top MOD accounts with autonomy.
• Manage a high-value account base and revenue responsibility.
• Develop and prosecute a multi-year strategic pipeline.
• Engage senior MOD stakeholders to shape requirements.
• Lead complex sales campaigns across Defence ecosystems.
• Provide mentorship to junior account teams.
• Collaborate with BD, delivery, and leadership to win opportunities.
• Maintain strong market positioning and forecast accuracy.
