Everfox, a leader in trusted connectivity for AI-powered environments, is hiring a Principal Account Manager to lead UK MOD engagements from London. The role focuses on owning and growing high‑value MOD accounts, shaping requirements and guiding the sales cycle with full autonomy.

The ideal candidate has a deep MOD network, mastery of government contracting, and a proven ability to close multi-year, £1M+ opportunities while mentoring others.

Qualifications

• University degree and 12–15+ years of sales experience in software, cyber security, hardware or services in National Security/MOD contexts.
• Proven track record in complex, high-value, multi-year UK MOD sales campaigns.
• Extensive network across MOD, Defence Digital, front-line commands and Defence Industrial Base.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth across MOD accounts with full autonomy.
• Own a mature, high-value account base with material revenue responsibility.
• Develop and convert a multi-year pipeline from lead to contract.
• Shape opportunities at senior MOD levels to maximise win probability.
• Lead complex, matrix sales campaigns and full sales cycles.
• Provide sales leadership and mentorship to the UK MOD team.
• Expand footprint by identifying new MOD domains and programmes.
• Collaborate with BD, partners, and exec leadership to win strategic opportunities.
• Maintain expert understanding of the MOD market and procurement strategies.
• Deliver accurate pipeline forecasts and executive-level updates.
