Job summary

Pinsent Masons is seeking a Senior MLS Delivery Manager to join our UK & Middle East Centre of Excellence. You will lead and evolve service delivery across Finance & Projects, shaping scalable models and technology-enabled solutions for practice groups and clients.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, revenue outcomes, and innovative delivery approaches across multiple locations, including national coverage.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering multi-disciplinary legal services in a high-volume, multi-location environment.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders to adopt innovative service delivery models.
• Experience leading operational transformation and continuous improvement programs.
• Strong commercial acumen including budgeting and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Engage with the Finance & Projects practice to identify requirements for new service offerings and scalable capabilities.
• Manage several legal delivery teams, ensuring high service standards, client satisfaction and continuous improvement.
• Lead the development of a firmwide engagement approach and internal relationships.
• Contribute to career frameworks, succession planning and people development.
• Support client solutions, validate approaches and present to clients at RfPs and pitches.
• Own service performance, including utilisation, profitability, forecasting, budgets and SLAs.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Lead transformation initiatives using data and operational insights.
• Plan headcount and strategic resourcing in line with growth.
