Job summary
Pinsent Masons in the UK is seeking a Senior MLS Delivery Manager to join the UK & ME Centre of Excellence. You will lead delivery across Finance & Projects, shaping service delivery models, driving improvements and delivering scalable, commercially sustainable legal services to practice groups and clients.
You will work with senior stakeholders, develop innovative solutions, adopt technology including AI-enabled tools, and lead high-performing legal delivery teams to achieve strategic growth of
Qualifications
- Significant people leadership experience.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders (partners, clients, leaders).
- Experience delivering multi-disciplined legal services in high-volume environments.
- Experience leading operational transformation programmes.
- Strong commercial acumen including forecasting and budgeting.
Responsibilities
- Engage with the Finance & Projects practice to identify requirements for scalable service offerings and technology-enabled solutions.
- Manage several legal delivery teams (Finance & Banking; Construction & Projects) to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction.
- Lead development of a firmwide engagement approach to promote service usage and internal relationships.
- Contribute to career frameworks, succession planning and people development.
- Support development of client solutions and present to clients at RfPs and pitches.
