Pinsent Masons seeks a Senior Delivery Manager to lead the UK & Middle East Centre of Excellence for Finance & Projects, driving scalable service delivery and client-focused outcomes. You will shape delivery models, lead high-performing teams across multiple capabilities and foster continuous improvement through technology adoption and process innovation.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, manage financial performance, and contribute to strategic growth of the CoE through transformation

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience delivering multi-disciplinary legal services.
• Experience shaping service delivery models and improvement initiatives.
• Ability to manage multi-location teams and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Finance & Projects groups to design scalable service offerings.
• Lead legal delivery teams in Finance & Banking and Construction & Projects.
• Develop a firmwide engagement approach to promote service utilization.
• Support career frameworks, succession planning and people development.
