Fitch Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join its AI Innovation Teams in London. You will design and ship production-grade generative AI systems, develop agentic workflows, and contribute to scalable ML platforms that redefine credit analysis and market insights.

You will mentor engineers, set technical standards, and work across teams to translate research into production capabilities while leveraging cloud and MLOps best practices.

Formación

• 6+ years of professional experience building production AI/ML systems.
• Advanced generative AI and LLM experience with production deployment.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML algorithms.
• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in ML, CS, DS or related field (Master's/PhD preferred).
• Production ML engineering excellence: MLOps, containers, cloud, and API development.
