The role requires 8+ years in AI/ML and deep knowledge of Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms. Hybrid work model, partnership with Technology & Data teams, and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in AI/ML engineering delivering production-grade enterprise solutions.
• Experience building agentic AI workflows with tool integration and monitoring.
• Cloud-native AI/ML systems using Docker, Kubernetes and AWS EKS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, development, and deployment of scalable AI/ML solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on coding practices and architecture.
• Drive integration of AI/ML into Fitch's flagship products and workflows.
• Develop robust, production-grade Python software and large-scale data workflows.
• Champion ML governance, monitoring SLAs, and reliability improvements.
• Translate complex AI concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
