Qualifications

• 6+ years building production AI/ML systems.
• Experience with LLMs, agentic workflows, and RAG architectures.
• Proficient in Python and PyTorch with focus on performance.
• Bachelor’s in ML, CS, DS or related field; masters/PhD preferred.
• Strong MLOps, Docker/Kubernetes, AWS/Azure, and Airflow.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and build breakthrough generative AI solutions and agentic workflows.
• Experiment with frontier models and evaluate emerging AI tech.
• Lead projects and establish coding standards for ML systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote technical excellence.
• Build production ML infrastructure with FastAPI, MLOps, and cloud platforms.
