Job summary

National Highways is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager for MIDAS to lead the operational performance and service improvements of this critical roadside technology service.

You will manage fault, event and problem processes, coordinate across design, procurement and operations, and drive continuous service enhancements while ensuring financial governance and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Operational Technology, IT or related discipline.
• ITIL qualification (preferably ITIL 4 or V5).
• Experience managing complex, business-critical IT or OT services in large-scale operational environments.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable service improvements via data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication with ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational performance, fault, event and problem management for MIDAS roadside technology.
• Analyse service performance data, risk and incidents to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and asset teams to feed lessons learned into life cycle.
• Maintain robust financial management of contracts, monitoring and reporting.
