Job summary

National Highways is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager for MIDAS to own operational performance, reliability, and continual improvement of a critical roadside technology service across the UK. You will lead fault, event and problem management and drive service enhancements in collaboration with regional teams.

You will engage with end-users, asset managers, suppliers and maintenance teams to maximise value, improve performance, and enable data-driven decision making within a changing

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Operational Technology, IT or a related discipline.
• ITIL qualification (preferably ITIL 4 or V5).
• Significant experience managing complex, business-critical IT or OT services.

Responsibilities

• Lead fault, event and problem management for MIDAS service.
• Analyse service performance data, incident trends and risks to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with design and procurement teams to feed lessons learned into the asset life cycle.
• Improve performance by building relationships with end-users, suppliers and maintenance teams.
• Oversee service management and financial management of contracts, with reporting responsibilities.
