Job summary

National Highways seeks a Senior Service Delivery Manager for MIDAS to own operational performance and drive continuous service improvements across roadside technology. You will lead fault, event and problem management, analyse performance data and collaborate with design and procurement teams to embed lessons learned in the asset lifecycle.

With strong ITIL expertise and stakeholder engagement, you will influence senior stakeholders and manage financials across contracts, ensuring reliability

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Operational Technology, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• ItIL qualification (preferably ITIL 4 or V5).
• Significant experience managing complex, business-critical IT or OT services in a large-scale operational environment.
• Experience supporting operational decision-making, infrastructure operations or safety-critical environments.
• Proven ability to drive measurable service improvements through data analysis and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operational performance of one or more roadside technology types, primarily MIDAS, and lead fault, event and problem management.
• Analyse service performance data, asset health information, incident trends and risks to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with service design and procurement teams to feed lessons learned into the asset lifecycle.
• Improve performance by developing relationships with end-users, suppliers, installers, asset managers and maintainers.
• Manage contracts financially, monitor, assure and report, and lead service management activities.
• Drive service enhancements across the MIDAS lifecycle.
