Job summary

Super Payments is seeking a Senior Account Executive for the mid-market segment in the UK. You will own end-to-end sales cycles, build relationships with multiple stakeholders, and drive revenue growth by identifying internal champions to advance deals.

The role requires a commercially driven, results-oriented approach with experience selling to mid-market merchants and a proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles within fintech and payments domains.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B fintech sales.
• Experience selling to mid-market merchants.
• Ability to articulate business value and ROI to clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead outbound sales efforts targeting Mid-Market merchants with turnover from £10m to £100m+.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to negotiation and close.
• Identify decision-makers and internal champions to progress deals.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline and meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to refine value propositions.
• Accurately manage Salesforce, CRM data, and pipeline forecasting.
