Job summary

Pattern is seeking a Senior Merchandise Planner to drive demand planning and inventory management for our European Brand Portfolio. You will collaborate with Ecommerce and Finance to align budgets and forecasts, leveraging data and automated forecasting to improve accuracy and efficiency.

You will negotiate trading levers and oversee replenishment to optimise stock, revenue and margins. You will work within a Tech-enabled environment, adopting AI tools to support forecasting and reporting, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years in multi-category merchandising or planning.
• Experience in Demand and Supply Chain Planning.
• Experience with ecommerce channels (D2C or Marketplace).
• Strong commercial mindset and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own forecasting, planning and inventory management for defined European Brand Portfolio.
• Drive alignment with Ecommerce and Finance; maintain budgets and forecasts.
• Use data, models and algorithmic tools to maintain stock and sales projections.
• Apply trading levers to hit revenue and margin targets; optimise replenishment rules.
• Provide insights on forecast deviations and plan improvements.
