Kier Group in London is seeking a Managing Quantity Surveyor (MEPH) to lead the Kier Mechanical & Electrical team on a high-value project. You will manage commercial resources across the scheme and drive value through contract placement and control.

The role focuses on delivering complex projects across custodial, heritage, health and science sectors, with day-to-day responsibilities including leading a commercial team and ensuring robust cost control.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering multiple medium to large schemes with knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills and ability to lead project teams.
• SMSTS/CSCS card holder with full driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Lead commercial management across the scheme to maximise gross margin.
• Inspire and direct the project's commercial staff with clear workload targets.
• Manage MEP Tier 1 Contractors and oversee change, procurement, and final accounts.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Oversee valuation, measurement of change, and subcontract administration.
