Job summary

Verto People seeks a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial delivery of mechanical and electrical packages across building and data centre projects in Northern Ireland. The role is permanent and based on site in Northern Ireland.

Experience as a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor or similar building services role.
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical packages within construction projects.
Experience supporting commercial delivery of MEP works.
Background on building services, construction or data centre projects.

Responsibilities

Manage the commercial aspects of MEP packages across building and data centre projects.
Prepare and review cost plans, valuations, variations and commercial reports.
Support procurement and subcontractor management activities.
Monitor project costs, forecasts and commercial performance.
Work with project teams, contractors and stakeholders to support delivery.
Identify commercial risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
