Job summary

Certain Advantage is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP) for a permanent role in Glasgow. This position focuses on delivering pre- and post-contract services across multiple projects, with a preference for MEP experience in data centre environments.

You will oversee procurement, BoQ preparation, contract administration, and strive for cost efficiency and profitability across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor with MEP focus.
• Strong experience in pre- and post-contract services.
• Data centre project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of pre- and post-contract services across multiple projects.
• Provide expert commercial and financial guidance to clients.
• Prepare BoQs, tender documentation, and feasibility studies.
• Oversee procurement, contract administration, valuations, and payments.
• Maximise cost efficiency and project profitability.
• Manage claims, resolve disputes, and support successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellence and grow the business.
