Turner & Townsend in Edinburgh seeks an experienced MEP Senior Cost Manager to lead cost management on complex real estate projects. You will manage early budgets, cost plans, tendering and post-contract reporting while coordinating with clients and design teams.

The role requires Chartered status, strong leadership, and the ability to deliver under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A client-facing mindset and excellent communication are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Lead MEP cost management deliverables on large projects or direct commissions.
• Establish early budgets, early estimates and cost plans aligned with client brief.
• Oversee tendering and procurement (single and two-stage) and pre-qualification.
• Manage post-contract cost variances, change control and valuations.
• Direct a cost management team and liaise with clients and consultants.
• Prepare monthly post-contract cost reports and input value engineering.
