Job summary

Turner & Townsend alinea in London is seeking an Associate Director to join the MEP Real Estate team, supporting the continued growth of real estate projects and masterplans while contributing to client success and project teams.

The role offers leadership of cost consultancy activities across feasibility, cost planning, procurement, tendering, and post-contract management, with emphasis on delivering high-quality outcomes for clients in the Real Estate sector.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering cost management/quantity surveying across full project lifecycle.
• Chartered (RICS) or working towards in professional qualification.
• Degree or HNC level qualification.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience delivering MEP elements for clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cost consultancy activities including feasibility estimating, cost planning, contract procurement, tender documentation, tender evaluation, value engineering, commercial management, fee generation, dispute resolution and post-contract management.
• Promote a safe and secure working environment while supporting the organisation's values and culture.
• Foster team engagement, collaboration and high performance.
• Drive performance standards through effective communication, coaching and performance management practices.
• Contribute to a range of projects requiring technical evaluation, analysis and problem solving.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members on project and technical matters.
• Clearly communicate project scope, roles and responsibilities to support successful project delivery.
• Oversee and manage service delivery to achieve high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
