Turner & Townsend in London is seeking an experienced MEP Senior Cost Manager to lead cost management across large projects or standalone MEP commissions, ensuring budgets and cost plans are established and maintained.

You will coach and supervise Assistant Cost Managers, work with design teams and contractors, manage tendering and procurement, and deliver post‑contract reporting while promoting MEP digital systems and value engineering.

Qualifikationen

• Strong track record delivering cost management/quantity surveying across full lifecycle.
• RICS qualification or working towards is required or in progress.
• Degree or HNC level qualification.
• Experience delivering MEP elements for clients.
• Knowledge of MEP supply chain.

Aufgaben

• Support feasibility studies and prepare procurement reports.
• Produce estimates and cost plans, including final presentations to stakeholders.
• Manage tendering and procurement activities for single-stage and two-stage routes.
• Manage post-contract cost variations and change control processes.
• Undertake cost checks and valuations with timely reporting.
• Produce and present monthly post-contract cost reports.
• Contribute to value engineering and cost optimisation initiatives.
• Negotiate and agree final accounts.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants and project stakeholders throughout all stages.
• Where appropriate, lead cost management teams and support project objectives.
