Turner & Townsend in Edinburgh is seeking an experienced MEP Senior Cost Manager to lead MEP deliverables within large projects for our Real Estate team. You will work with developers, occupiers, government, health, education and tech clients, managing budgets, cost planning, tendering and post-contract reporting.

You will need Chartered Status and a proactive, client-facing approach, capable of leading a cost management team and coordinating with main contractors and supply chains to achieve

Responsabilités

• Lead on MEP cost management deliverables within projects or direct commissions
• Estimate and cost plan, present final cost plan to clients
• Tendering and procuring (single/two-stage) including pre-qualification
• Manage post-contract cost variances and change control processes
• Produce monthly post-contract cost reports for clients
• Input into value engineering and negotiate final accounts
• Interface with clients and consultants throughout project stages
• Potentially lead a cost management team to deliver on accountabilities
