Turner & Townsend is seeking an Intermediate MEP Cost Manager to join our busy Real Estate team in London. You will play a key role supporting a longstanding account with a household technology and telecommunications organisation that operates a large national estate.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering cost management across full lifecycle.
• Qualified (RICS or working towards) or equivalent.
• Degree or HNC level qualification.
• Experience managing tendering and cost negotiations.
• Ability to benchmark costs and analyze data.
• Experience with cost build-ups and rate analysis.
• Willingness to engage with contractors and clients.
• Proactive in coordinating with MEP teams.
