MWH Treatment is seeking a Senior Mechanical CAD Technician to strengthen the engineering team in the Northern Region, with hybrid working options. You will lead the production, coordination and QA of mechanical drawings and 3D models, coordinating with Civil, Electrical, ICA and Process engineers to deliver practical, buildable designs.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a multidisciplinary engineering design environment.
• Strong mechanical CAD background in water, utilities, or infrastructure projects.
• Advanced 2D drafting and 3D modelling using industry CAD tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead production, coordination and QA of mechanical drawings and 3D models.
• Coordinate with offshore/remote design resources to meet programme targets.
• Support BIM delivery and digital engineering best practices across projects.
• Ensure outputs comply with CDM, specifications and QA procedures.
• Mentor junior CAD technicians and support design coordination issues.
