Job summary

MWH Treatment Limited is recruiting a Senior CAD Technician (Civil) to join our Engineering team. Based with the UK, hybrid/flexible working is available, leading drawing production across multidisciplinary projects for water and wastewater infrastructure.

You will coordinate civil drawings, mentor junior staff and drive digital delivery across BIM and design processes, ensuring high-quality outputs aligned with standards and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Civil engineering CAD experience in multidisciplinary teams.
• Significant experience with infrastructure, utilities, water projects.
• Advanced 2D drafting and 3D modelling capabilities.
• Experience coordinating with offshore or remote design resources preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and QA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination, management and delivery of civil CAD drawings and models.
• Manage CAD workloads and prioritise resources to meet project programmes.
• Champion digital engineering and the adoption of best practice across the business.
• Coordinate drawing production with offshore design teams.
• Ensure designs comply with CDM Regulations and industry standards.
