Job summary

BakerHicks is seeking a Senior Engineer – Mechanical Services in Warwick to lead the design of Mechanical Building Services for mid‑size projects. You will guide teams, deliver compliant designs, and liaise with clients to secure repeat business.

Effective communication, professional registration, and experience managing packages on larger schemes are expected. Hybrid working and a strong benefits package are available.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Mechanical Building Services designs, including HVAC and public health.
• Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary design teams and mentor junior engineers.
• Chartered or working towards Chartered status with professional registration.

Responsibilities

• Produce design deliverables (drawings, specifications, reports) and site surveys.
• Liaise with design/construction teams and manage project delivery.
• Check calculations and ensure quality and compliance with project brief.
• Support tender activity and change control processes as required.
