Job summary

BakerHicks is seeking an Associate Engineer - Mechanical Services in Manchester to lead the Mechanical Services team on diverse projects. You will oversee project delivery, client relationships and quality controls, while developing staff and supporting bid activities.

Ideal candidates are Chartered Engineers with a track record in delivering large, multi-disciplinary building services schemes and leading multidisciplinary teams across sectors.

Qualifications

• Chartered engineer with ability to manage complex mechanical building services projects.
• Experience delivering multi-disciplinary projects across sectors BakerHicks operates in.
• Proven track record of leading large teams and bidding/tender activity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Mechanical Services team across multiple projects.
• Oversee time, cost, quality, safety and delivery objectives.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships.
• Support growth and development of national Mechanical Services team.
