Job summary

BakerHicks is seeking experienced Civil and Structural Engineers to join across the UK. The role covers a range of challenging projects including power, defence, health, and infrastructure, with opportunities from Senior to Associate levels.

We value strong technical design, collaboration and stakeholder engagement, and support hybrid working arrangements with professional development towards chartership. Security clearances may apply for certain projects.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Experience in consultancy, contractor or client-side environments.
• Experience producing design calculations, drawings, specifications and reports.

Responsibilities

• Deliver civil and structural engineering solutions across diverse projects.
• Produce and review design calculations, specifications, reports and drawings.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop integrated engineering solutions.
• Engage with clients, contractors and project stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support project delivery, technical assurance and quality management processes.
• Contribute to safe, sustainable and innovative engineering solutions.
